Vacuum Glass
Slim vacuum glass for windows, doors, facades and energy-efficiency renovation, configured around the frame system and project requirements.

Slim performance built around an evacuated cavity.
Vacuum glass uses two glass panes separated by a very small evacuated space. Micro-spacers keep the panes apart while a high-integrity edge seal maintains the vacuum. With almost no gas inside the cavity, convective heat transfer is greatly reduced without relying on a wide spacer cavity.
The slim construction is well suited to windows, doors, facades and renovation projects where frame depth or sightlines make a thick insulating unit difficult to use. The final glass make-up, coatings, edge protection and support method are selected around the project size, climate and applicable building standard.
A narrow evacuated cavity supports high-performance glazing where frame depth and sightlines matter.
The evacuated space reduces convection, helping the complete glazing system manage heat transfer.
A slim profile can suit renovation and new-build frames that cannot accept a thick multi-pane unit.
Glass type, Low-E coating, safety treatment, edge cover and packing are reviewed for each order.
A slim sealed system with four essential elements.
The exact glass make-up is confirmed for the application. This simplified construction view explains the function of each part without presenting one configuration as universal.
Project-selected clear, Low-E or safety-glass option.
Maintains the controlled separation between the panes.
Minimizes gas convection inside the slim cavity.
Protects and maintains the vacuum around the perimeter.
Configuration options
- Overall build-up selected around frame depth and target performance.
- Low-E coating and pane type coordinated with visible-light and solar-control requirements.
- Custom dimensions and edge treatment reviewed against production limits.
- Possible integration into a hybrid insulating unit when a wider multi-pane construction is required.
- Export packing designed to protect the edge seal and glass surface during handling.
Design and production notes
- Vacuum glass performance depends on the complete unit, including coating, edge seal and installation.
- Final U-value, acoustic data and condensation resistance should be confirmed for the quoted construction.
- Frame compatibility, edge cover and setting blocks should be reviewed before production.
- Holes, notches and unusual shapes require an engineering and manufacturing review.
- Samples can be arranged when appearance, micro-spacer visibility or edge detail needs approval.

Frequently asked questions.
These answers explain the normal selection process. Send the project drawing or sample when a definitive technical answer is required.
Is vacuum glass the same as ordinary double glazing?
No. Ordinary insulated glass uses a sealed air or gas space. Vacuum glass uses a much thinner evacuated cavity supported by micro-spacers.
Can it be used for renovation windows?
It can be a strong option where the existing frame or sightline limits the available glazing thickness. Frame condition and edge cover still need to be checked.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Please send the required size, overall build-up, coating or appearance requirement, quantity, application, frame information and destination.
