In 2021, a South African property developer launched a luxury villa community in the suburbs of Johannesburg. The architectural style emphasized openness and modern aesthetics, requiring door and window systems that seamlessly integrate into indoor-outdoor transitions while ensuring safety and climate control.

Jade Pure provided a full set of custom aluminum profile doors and windows, utilizing laminated safety glass and double-glazed insulated panels. Frames were powder-coated with a matte gray finish to match architectural requirements.
